Recruitment Roadmap

We are focused on building sustainable foundations before we enter headline events. Here is how we are structuring the search.

  1. Phase 1 · December 2025 Collect profiles and run informal conversations to align on expectations, hardware, and availability.
  2. Phase 2 · January 2026 Host evaluation sessions in both Le Mans Ultimate and iRacing to benchmark pace, racecraft, and communication.
  3. Phase 3 · February 2026 Confirm core lineup, define management structure, and begin integrated endurance training blocks.
  4. Phase 4 · March 2026 Announce official roster, register for championship rounds, and activate partner deliverables.
